Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Goods Final Sale

Due to the digital nature of our products (source codes, templates, digital assets), all sales are considered final. Once a transaction is completed and the digital content becomes accessible on your dashboard, we generally cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in extreme cases where a file is completely corrupted, the source code drastically misrepresents the product description, or if duplicate payments were accidentally made. In such events, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Payment Failures

If your payment is debited but the project does not appear in your Dashboard, our automated system via Razorpay will usually refund the amount to your source within 5-7 business days. If it does not, please contact us immediately.
